With un-licensed staff using someone elses security details (ghosting), staff often employed on a ‘cash in hand’ basis therefore invalidating any insurance, staff employed via an agency with no vetting or experience and sometimes no knowledge of the job they have been employed to do before turning up to the event on their first day and of course untrained and unqualified security personnel employed simply as muscle rather than for a required skill set.
