Smartsec Facilities Services Ltd, ensure that all staff and contractors are aware of our Environmental Policy, all staff sign to say they understand the needs and what is expected of them on all Smartsec Contracts. We work in conjunction with all client’s environmental policies and procedures also to ensure that our clients are also meeting their responsibilities in these areas; this includes Smartsec using environmentally friendly products on their contracts. Smartsec Facilities Services Ltd carries out a full recycling procedure at their head office and encourages its staff to do the same at their own homes.

Smartsec Facilities Services Ltd ensures all sub-contractors are qualified and eligible to carryout works through a strict process of checks on the companies and individuals. All Sub-contracted companies are issued with a full contractor compliance pack; this includes requests for all insurances and qualifications in the field of works they are carrying out along with all certificates and proof of affiliations to governing bodies. No contractor or Sub-contracted security labour is allowed on site or carryout any work until Smartsec are satisfied that all checks have been completed and filed.
